We have a requirement where we need to restrict users entering decimal points in cost(accessorial) only if they are entering a specific currency. For example, they should be able to enter 100.00 if currency is USD, but they can enter only whole numbers if the currency is VND. The integration system we are using cannot handle decimal points if the currency is VND and hence the need for this restriction.
