SmartView: Very slow for "connect to data source" to appear

I am on SmartView 24.200 (Build 182).

I used to have an older version installed and it was something like v20 maybe? Anyways, after I updated to 24.200 it is very slow to get the initial "Connect to Data Source" menu where I put in my ID/password to either refresh an HsGetValue or create an adhoc. Prior to updating the software the login window was always nearly instant to appear. Now it may take upwards of a minute or so before it finally appears. I thought it was just me so I went down a rabbit hole and deleted everything I could think of: deleted internet history/cookies/even
