Facing an issue in DFF an error indicates that the text already exists.

Summary:

Hi Team,

I have a requirement in the Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) for the "Document of Records."

The requirement involves specifying three note texts, each with the message: "Maximum of 150 characters can be entered."

However, I’m encountering the following challenges:

  1. If I attempt to create the notes, an error indicates that the text already exists.
  2. If I assign different spacing between the three note texts, the client does not accept the configuration.
  3. The client insists that the spacing for all three note texts must be identical.

Is there a solution to address this issue and ensure the three note texts can be configured in the DFF with consistent spacing?

Howdy, Stranger!
