The user wants to define their own evaluation Criteria based on the Requirement Scoring and Pricing from Supplier. They don't want to use the system's Overall Ranking Methods: Response Price only or Composite Scoring. Is there a way we can define a new Ranking method based on the evaluation criteria provided by the user in the system restricted to particular Business Unit.
