Declared value not updated on Order Line

Hi

Did anyone experience issue with Declared Value passed on Order Line? Order Release XML arrives with DeclaredValue. Message gets processed and order gets updates (quantities, lines, etc.). Declared value on one line is stuck with 0 (mismatch with what is on XML).

Did anyone experience such behavior ? We used 'EDIT SHIPMENT' in before persist agent. There is not much you can actually tick or do to 'push' the update further.
