How to update specific values in a mapping set for multiple COAs without using FBDI?

We have a requirement to regularly update a few values in a mapping set for multiple COAs. While there is an option to update using FBDI, it does not allow us to update the output values for one or a few lines specifically. Is there an alternative method that allows us to update only a few values in a mapping set without having to delete and reload all the values?
