In Legal entity metadata, we have shared Legal entity in the same hierarchy where it is appearing under two different parents.

Hence in the metadata file, in the order of sequence can we have member with shared as 1st and then followed by never share.

Please see below a example and advise whether this is allowed in FCCS and would not cause any issue during consolidation.
