GoToWebinar app - configuration problem

Hi

when trying to configure GoToWebinar app (by Citrix), when Login with GoToWebinar, that fails on GotoWebinar Authentication. (GoTo support claims the problem is on Eloqua side)

Alternatively, where to find and set up App name, App key, App secret when configuring through Connected App Credentials?

"Learn how to create connected apps in GoToWebinar here. " leads to 404 - The dreaded Page Not Found, from this documentation:
