Smart View Ad Hoc Behavior Now Buggy

Summary:

Under Settings —> Smart View Ad Hoc Behavior: I switched from Native to Standard. When I did that however, one of our Smart View forms started to act buggy. When changing values, color didn't switch from light yellow to dark yellow. Values still loaded into PBCS when Submitting Data except for where Period dimension member was Comment instead of a month. For this Smart View sheet, row and column dimension members are calculated from another sheet

e.g. =IF('Budget Adjustment'!C21="","",CONCATENATE(Dimensions!G$2,LEFT('Budget Adjustment'!C21,4)))
I believe the Standard version is having problems with formulas.

So I switched the Ad Hoc setting back to Native. The Smart View form works as intended again for some users but not other users. For some reason, it is still showing the buggy behavior of a Standard version setting. One of the people having issue has most recent version of Smart View. I had her clear her Excel cache, but that didn't seem to work.
