To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Create an OTBI report for quantitative questions in an Evaluation

Summary:

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We use Sildo to gather feedback after Instructor Led training sessions. This is far from automated and we want to use the out-of-the-box Oracle Evaluation feature. It would be sent automatically and there would be no need to look for 3rd party solutions.

My issue with the Oracle Fusion Learning Evaluation is the reporting for quantitative questions. Say we have the following question: "On a scale of 1 to 5, how would you rate the presentation skills of the trainer?". I need to be able to print a simple nice bar graph that would clearly show the answers distribution. The problem is that if we have 10 people who replied - 5 gave a note 2 and the other 5 gave a note 4, the graph would not make any sense, since there will be only two bars - one showing the 2
