Absence Balance is not transferring during Global Transfer within same plan
Summary:
We have a Vacation plan that has eligiblity under Legal Employer A and Legal Employer B. If employee has 100 hours in LE A, we are not seeing the 100 hours transfer over to the new LE B Assignment Record. Instead, it is starting fresh from 0. I am expecting the 'Initial Balance - HR Transfer' row to appear to indicate the balance is transferring but no luck. We are going global transfer using the 'Local and Global Transfer' Redwood Quick Action.
