SQL to retrieve all learner records with community and course taken details

Hi,
How to generate a report with all learner learning records along with their course taken details and the associated Category Community and Topic Community? I am unable to relate the communities to courses taken by a learner where a course is a member of more than one community. I would like to see the details at course level rather than assignment level
Please guide me on how to achieve this. Thanks
