Default punch-out from web clock

Summary:

HI Experts,

We have a scenario let say one employee punch-in (time) through web-clock but didn't punch-out (time). as it will be a two times manual work from system/mobile. we want to default punch-out time to shift (assigned to employee) end time in the timecard.
Any idea how to achieve the same requirement with the help of fast formula or we have to go through inbound interfaces (HDL load).
Please help in priority if possible as we need to deliver the solution as soon as possible.
