To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

Rating models are not working according to the configuration
Summary: Our requirement is
Category | Performance % | Performance Range |
---|---|---|
Category 1: Does not meet expectations | 0 - 39 | 0 - 1.6 |
Category 2: Meets some expectations | 40 - 65 | 1.7 - 2.6 |
Category 3: Meets all expectations | 66 - 79 | 2.7 - 3.1 |
Category 4: Exceeds expectations | 80 - 100 | 3.2 - 4 |
We have configured the rating models according to the requirements, but we are not receiving the expected output.
For different grades, we need to configure four performance templates. In these templates, we have specified two types of percentages in the performance template sections. While the correct ratings are being generated for one performance template, they are not reflecting in the other templates.
