Can we cater to scenario of booking the Vessel from standard OTM functionality ?

We have a customer scenario where they own vessels and are making bookings through an NVOCC and a Freight Forwarder. The vessel booking company receives its bookings from both the Freight Forwarder and NVOCC. Can this booking and billing process for the Freight Forwarder and NVOCC be managed using OTM's standard functionality?
