When an employee submits additional information, there is an error message

Hi Expert,

When an employee update his personal information, there is workflow to request approval to HR. When HR clicks on the button "request info", it goes back to the employee. But when employee clicks on "submit information", provide additional information and clicks on submit, there is this error message :

Any idea to fix this issue and allow back and forth between employee and HR ?
