How can we remove the ability to upload a photo in set preferences?

Hello everyone,

I have a question.

In a custom role that we have created, we have hidden the ability to change the profile photo with privileges, but if we go to "Set preferences", we can still upload a photo by going to "My photo". How can we inhibit the uploading of a photo?
