CHANGE ASSIGNMENT - Visibility of the action in Employment Info

We have received a request from a client requiring that a specific action performed through the Change Assignment task be both performed and visible only to a custom HR role, while other action can bee seen and performed also by standard HR Roles.

The issue arises because, once the action is performed, when accessing the employee's information summary, standard HR users can see all actions performed on the employee's employment history. Furthermore, by clicking the link for the performed specific action, they can also view the action's details of the action performed.

Do you know if there is a way to make specific types of changes performed in Change Assignment visible only to certain specific roles?
