Skip Lot functionality for Inventory Inspection Plan

Summary:

Our client is in manufacturing. They have 2 inventory organizations - one is an external organization where normally they receive raw material and other is a plant, where they are going to consume this raw material. They are using external warehouse to only for receiving material. There is no other facility available for quality inspection. From this warehouse, they are sending material to plant. Due to business practice, they want to use Inventory Inspection Plan instead of Receiving Inspection Plan. Apart from this, they also want to use Skip Lot functionality. Currently, Inventory Inspection plan doesn't support Skip Lot functionality.
