Group Assignment for Report Package Signers

Summary: In Narrative Reporting, assigning a "Group" as the "Signer" for a Report Package should be possible.

Currently, we have at least 100 report packages in our existing NR instance, where a "User" is designated as the "Signer." If the user leaves the organization, we must manually update the signer for all 100 packages. If we could assign a group instead, we could simply update the user within the group under access control, significantly reducing manual effort. This scenario is quite common, as individuals often move between departments or are promoted to signer roles, necessitating extensive rework to update signers across multiple report packages.
