FCCS_YTD usage in configurable rules causes consolidation to never complete

We are having an issue using FCCS_YTD in configurable rules - has anyone else ran into this?

In this rule, we need to pull the YTD value as a cross-dim on the right side of the equation. When deployed, the consolidation never finishes (stopped it after 90 minutes). If the YTD reference is removed, the consolidation takes 30 seconds. Our current workaround is to add up the periodic values per period. It is MUCH easier to be able to reference the YTD.
