Unable to populate Seniority Date

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to populate Vacation Anniversary Date under Seniority Date sub-tab in (Personal and Employment tab) for which I have defined it under Configure Seniority Date, tried with different override seniority rules by running the ESS job- Populate Seniority Date. Still not able to populate the Vacation Anniversary Date in Seniority Date sub-tab. Please review the attached screenshots and guide me to achieve the requirement. Vacation anniversary date is required for one of Absence plan to calculate the seniority date.
