"In Transit" measure in Material Plan table - What is it for?

Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Planning

In the material plan table, we have the measure "In Transit" . Does it show both Transfer Order quantity and Purchase Order quantity?

As per my current understanding, In-transit is not transfer order qty, the purchase order quantity which is incoming now, that quantity should appear here(Quantity based on ASN created by delivery team). Is this correct understanding?
