Budget Transfers across periods for the same account in Budgetary Control

Hi All,

Please advice as to whether there is a functionality to directly transfer budget amounts within the same account across two periods (Same year) in a same budget. So that the available funds will reduce in the 'From Period' and by the same amount the available funds will increase in the 'To Period'.
