How to Configure Generic Name and Email in From field for invitation email to supplier in sourcing

Business wishes to configure a generic Email address and Name when email flows to invited suppliers once negotiation is approved.

The emails received by Supplier Contacts when an Initiative is launched to them (Invite to Respond to Negotiation when Negotiation is approved) the invitation is being sent from Buyer Name as sender. We want to mask Buyer name and instead send from a generic Client Email Address. Kindly guide
