Getting Error - ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS

Hi Team,

We are enabling Oracle Grow for Career Development. While we run this process - ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS and given the 'Index Name to Reingest Parameter' as 'fa-hcm-modelprofile'. But the status is showing as error. Could anyone please update why its happening?
