Can we disable email registration for next gen supplier registration.

Business have internal users who register suppliers, it will be difficult for them if one email address can request only one supplier. We understand that it is only until that request is approved. Same email id cannot be used to register multiple suppliers at one go (Not approved). This is a constraint for business and are asking if this can be eliminated to allow business users to register multiple suppliers at any status from one email id.
