Utilized all ATTRIBUTE_NUMBER DFF from contract headers

Summary:

We need to capture additional information on contract headers. However we have utilized all the attribute columns.

Also if we try to change to context sensitive segments already used attribute columns are no more available to be used.

Currently we have defined only global segments. Has any one faced similar issue any pointers to this would be helpful
