We need to disable the Email Invitation sent to the Suppliers to Respond To Questionnaire email.
Hence, need info on any of the BPM worklist task or a profile option is responsible for that. Below is the email received with the Subject line . Refer attachments

Email Subject : You Are Invited to Respond to Questionnaire Supplier Onboarding for XXXXX ACADEMY INC
