can we apply prepayment with different sites (Same supplier have different sites)

Hi Team,

We have one requirement,

One supplier have different sites,

Old Site have prepayments

New Site have standard Invoices

When we are trying to apply PP on standard invoices, system not allowing for apply PP.

could you please provide solution for how to apply PP with different sites
