Can we delete old unused person records from our PRD pod instance for example for GDPR complaince

Summary:

In our PRD pod instance we have more than 1 million person records (combination of inactive/active/suspended).

We would like to get rid of some inactive records for two reasons:

- In the future the amount of records will still significant increase and we are not sure if this can cause performance issue

- For GDPR reasons you should also be able to delete old rows

Is there a way how to achieve this? Via a process? Via cancel Wr only?
