Future Date Absence Plan Enrollment is going under Inactive Status

edited Dec 4, 2024 8:48AM in Workforce Management

Summary:

Hello Experts,

I am facing an issue while enrolling Absence Plan to an Employee.
The Enrollment Start Date is 1/1/2025, where the enrolled plan status is going as Inactive.

However, if we try to Update the Enrollment on any Back Date then the Status is getting Active.

Is this the Standard function or a system bug.

Regards,

Mansi
