Showing Planning comments in SmartView NR report

Summary:

I have a Planning Form where I need users to input comments (e.g., for the event planned, they will need to input the description of the event). I will need to make these comments visible in a NR report that will be viewed in Excel. Is there anything special I will need to do with the report to enable it?
