How to create a dynamic field in quality issue page of Quality module of Oracle ERP.

Summary:

I would like to create a dynamic field in quality issue page of Quality module of Oracle ERP.
The expected behavour is that when I click on this field (e.g. work order number) in the page should be possible to select a value from a dynamic list.
I want to create this dynamic list using a query that retrieve work order number from Oracle table.
