Manager View of Direct Report's Total Compensation Statement

Hi Community - Hope all is well.

Is there a way for a Manager to view their direct report's total compensation statement? (Similar to how a manager views a direct report's compensation change statement)

I have generated statements for my client but a Manager can not see their direct report's total compensation statement. The direct report can see their own statement but the Manager can not. The Manager is wanting to see their direct report's total compensation statement like the 2nd image.

The Manager's navigation is - My Client Groups > Talent Profile > Compensation (As shown in 1st image)
