    Issue with uploading online content

    Summary:

    Our learning administrators are trying to upload SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 courses in learning content. They are unable to do the upload because of the warning "The upload process didn't complete. Try again." I also tried to upload SCORM courses that were previously uploaded and those did not work either.

    Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, how was it resolved?

    I do have a SR open but still waiting for a response.
