SQL Query to get the ownership start and expiration dates for Agency Candidates

Summary:

We need to know that for a particular Agency Candidate, what is the ownership start date and ownership end date information from the backend table for reporting purposes.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Currently Exclusivity Information is only available in IRC_AGENCIES table as "EMBARGO_PERIOD_CODE" column which only says the period of ownership for the agency. For e.g: Agency A applied for a candidate and this gets captured in IRC_AGENCY_POOL but when the exclusivity period is over Agency B pulls the candidate and submits the candidate which also gets captured as another record but how do we get to know that for Agency A, the ownership of the candidate is between what dates or the ownership of the candidate for Agency B started from when?
