Issue with Password Reset for OCI Account

Dear Oracle Support Team,
I am experiencing issues accessing my Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) account. Despite entering my password correctly, I am unable to log in, and I keep receiving an "incorrect password" error message.
When I attempt to reset my password, I do not receive any reset notification email, even after multiple attempts. I have confirmed that other Oracle notifications reach my inbox successfully, and I have checked both my spam and junk folders to ensure the emails aren’t filtered. Unfortunately, there’s no sign of the reset email in any folder.
