OTBI report returning incorrect row count if certain columns are not in the selected columns
We have a report that does not return the accurate row count if the Acquisition Date, Internal Segment, and Department Name are not in the Selected Columns.
If the Acquisition Date, Internal Segment, and Department Name columns are present, the report returns a result of 83 rows.
If the Acquisition Date, Internal Segment, and Department Name columns are not present, the report returns a result of 304,778 rows.
We are using 3 subject areas, Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time, Workforce Management - Person Real Time, and Workforce Management - Person Seniority Real Time. Can you please check what is the root cause of this?
