CPI indexation of Expense Leases

Summary:

I am currently looking for an explanation on how to update multiple leases as there payments are dependent on the movement of CPI. I have read online that this is possible in Oracle. However, the explanation is very limited. Is there anyone who has experience with this and would be able to help me with a few questions?

E.g. how do you update the rate in the configuration? What does the index finder mean? What should the index value + adder value be?
