Need help with contract printing/contract management module in oracle cloud

We've one seeded Contract Printing report but there is no data model attached to it. We need to add one Supplier address on the contract template in such a way that it picks address from the contract. As there is no data model attached to the seeded report so we are unable to add supplier address on the template.
