Migration of High-Volume Journals Lines & recommended Batch Size

Summary:

We need to migrate 60Million Journal lines into Oracle Fusion. The approach is to directly generate csv file from source system.
What is the recommended Batch Size per csv file generated ? Can we have 12 Batches with 5M each and load into interface load & post sequentially one by one ?
