Contract pending signature after signing- adobe is the solution provider for e-sign

Hi, We are using Adobe as solution provider for signing the contract. For some users, even though all the partied have signed the contract is stuck in pending signature. This is happening to only few users. We ran the track electronics signature as well but still it is stuck in pending signature. Also, we followed the instructions in this note id as well, but still it is stuck in pending signature. please advise if anyone has come across this scenario
