Tracking the activity of the External Supplier registration link

In Oracle Cloud Procurement under section 'Configure Procurement Business Function' there is an external URL for supplier registration ('Spend Authorized Supplier Registration URL').

Is there a way to track the activity of this link. For example whether it was clicked or not, how many times it was clicked, was it shared to other users (IPs)?
