Multiple Attachment Section Displayed - Redwood

We're able to see multiple Attachment Section on Redwood page after we published personalisations via VBS post 24D upgrade. This issue wasn't seen in 24C.

Please share any documentation of Oracle releasing Comments & Attachments Sections (as shown in Screenshot 1).
