OSP Item- WO released from Planning- PR is not getting created

Work definition has single OSP operation.

At first we tried below:

  • Released make planned order from Supply Plan
  • Work Order created with "unreleased" status
  • Manually released the work order

In this case work order release triggered PR creation and the process was succesfull

Next we tried below and it ended in error:

  • Released make planned order from Supply Plan
  • Work Order created with "released" status ( changed setup so that work order released from planning will be already in "released" status)

In this case work order release didn't trigger PR creation and we got below error in supply orchestration

"Unable to derive variance account. Contact your procurement application administrator. Unable to derive account by Oracle Transaction Account Builder. Verify that the account combination is active, posting is allowed, and the segment is not restricted by a segment value security rule."
