Summary:

Alert Composer with Absence Reason Not working

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Hi Team,

We are trying to create an alert using alert composer to send an alert to employee's manager whenever an absence is reported with name **** and reason is selected as YYY.

The filter condition was :

${absenceType} = '****' AND AND ${absenceReason} = 'YYY'

Where **** stands for absence type name and YYY stands for absence reason name

When we re using this, it is returning 0 records. When only absence type is used, it returns records.

Any help is appreciated on this.
