OTM Rest API for Shipment actions - "Withdraw Tender" and "Change Start Time"

We are implementing Change of Pickup Date via ODA for which we need to implement few actions (mentioned below) on the Shipment using REST APIs.

  1. Withdraw the Tender (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/transportation/24c/otmol/planning/shipment_manager/withdraw_tender.htm)
  2. Change the Start Time

Can you please let me know if REST APIs for these actions are available? I could not find these actions under
