How to check if the variable 'FND_TERRITORY' was created for every user

Summary: I would like to use the variable 'FND_TERRITORY' to a specific process. However, I do not know if this variable has been created by default to every user of the Fusion app. And if it was, does it represent the real territory of each user? Can anyone help me on checking this information?

P.S: This variable can be found in the following steps: Click on the profile picture → click on 'Setup and Maintenance' → Search in the field for 'Manage Administrator Profile Values' → in the 'profile option code' field search for 'FND_TERRITORY'. (as seen in the image attached)
