Does anyone know about what X-invoices format? or ZUGFeRD format? how we can adapt with RTF Template

Currently we are using RTF Format template for invoices, and we are sending Invoice details in PDF. But recently Germany business users asking the invoices details in ZUGFeRD format or X-invoices format. They want to adapt existing template what currently using i:e RTF Template.
Can anyone please assist me how we can achieve these?
